GIFT VOUCHERS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1. Validity Period: The gift voucher is valid for use within 48 months from the date of purchase.

2. Redemption: The voucher can be redeemed for private chef services, provided by The Tastery by Chef Starr.

3. Booking and Availability: All services are subject to availability. Booking in advance is recommended to secure preferred dates and times. To redeem the voucher, contact and provide the voucher code.

4. Limitations: The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Multiple vouchers can be used for a single service if permitted by the chef or service provider.

5. Service Coverage: The voucher value covers [specify what the voucher includes, e.g., a specific number of meals, a cooking class for a certain number of participants, etc.] as outlined in the voucher description.

6. Additional Charges: Any additional services or costs beyond the voucher's value will be the responsibility of the voucher holder.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellation or rescheduling of services must be made within [specify notice period] in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the voucher value.

8. Lost or Stolen Vouchers: The chef or service provider is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.

10. Expiry and Extension: The voucher will not be valid after the expiry date specified on the voucher unless extended at the discretion of the chef or service provider. Extension may be subject to additional terms.

11. Modifications to Terms: The chef or service provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website or informing the voucher holder.

12. Legal Limitations: Use of the voucher is subject to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

13. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland.
